Several weeks ago, Kalan made his first gluten-free bread attempt since our move to Taiwan.
In the States I made bread every week with a great recipe, but different flours are available here so we're back to experimenting.
I thought this first attempt was delicious while Kalan was ready to toss the whole loaf in the trash.
I guess after almost two years without bread, I'm not too picky. :) Looking forward to attempt #2!
That sounds like him, and reminds me of our taffy incident. :) I miss you two and all our cooking endeavors.
